ALL of our work is done in house – cylinder boring, pin fitting ,line lapping, porting and flowing heads, valve jobs, case modifications/repair, welding & polishing. All of the motors we build here are installed into a test frame and run on our DYNO machine Prefer the custom approach? We offer chrome plating, color power coating and Diamond cutting.

Worried about glass bead being left behind in your engine cases only to come loose & mix with your oils to form grinding paste? Prior to assembly, motor components (including engine cases) are run through our
Ultrasonic machine to ensure all glass bead particles are removed.
(This engine case was cleaned only in our Ultrasonic machine - no abrasives or chemicals of any kind were used)
before they leave the shop. This allows us to closely supervise the initial running of each and every motor.
With the motor in a running frame, we are also able to test & tune your carburetor.
Our in depth knowledge and vast experience enables us to offer exact restorations of vintage motors.
Speed freak? Race motors built from mild to wild! Flathead riders – we offer custom cam work. 
Over the years we have devised internal modifications for Flathead motors (45", 74" & 80")
which enhance cooling, oiling, reliability and general performance.
Avid restorer ? You will be pleased to know that none of these modifications are visible externally.
