ALL of our work is done in house – boring, pin fitting ,line lapping, porting and flowing heads, case modification, welding, polishing – the lot – we do it all right here.

Our motors are strong and reliable (not to mention good looking too!).
All of our motors are test run before they leave here.

Restorers
With our in depth knowledge and vast experience we are able to offer exact restorations of vintage motors.

Custom finishes
We fully understand the need to personalize. We offer chrome plating, color power coating and Diamond cutting - these custom finishes are not done here, we ship this work out to reputable organizations.

Development :
To enhance the cooling, oiling, reliability and general performance of our vintage motors we have developed internal motor modifications.

FLATHEADS – 45”, 74”, 80”
Here are some of our upgrades/performance enhancements:
- valve to valve guide oil passage upgrade
- breather correction timing (critical on all BigTwin FlatHeads)
- continuous crank oil feed
- flywheel stroking to 1941 & later crank pin
- cylinders and ports flowed to KR specs
- intake valve enlarged and lightened
- stainless steel black nitrate valve assembly
- oil pump shimmed and lapped
- cam follower rollers upgrade
- pistons chamfered and flowed to heads
